To receive maximum benefit and relaxation from your treatment …

• Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to fill out the Client In-Take Form, and relax before your treatment. Please understand that your treatment will start and end on the scheduled time so that we can respect and accomodate the next guest.
  
  
• Once you arrive, please take a clipboard with the Client In-Take Form and fill it out in the waiting room. Your practitioner will come get you a few minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can change into your robe/wrap.
  
  
• Although we try to disguise outside interference with music, sound machines, loud voices and noises do filter through. We ask that you please be mindful of others enjoying their relaxing treatments, and try to keep the volume of your conversations to a minimum. We also ask that you switch your cell phone to vibrate before entering the the healing spa.
  
  
• Relax completely. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply and take this time to release the worries and the stresses of the day.
  
  
• Please let your practitioner know if you are comfortable or uncomfortable, too warm or too cold, or if a product is very stimulating. Your comfort and care is of the greatest concern and priority.
  
  
• Enjoy your treatment; the results will be visible and lasting.
